Confused SEPERATION. MY EX WANTS THE CAR BACK

I financed a car with my boyfriend in February of 2006, we are now separating and he wants his car back. I was the one who paid the full deposit and made all monthly payments. I don

he will have to pay you whatever amounts you deem fair...if you two cannot agree then you can ask a court to decide for you, it is often done when two people cannot agree in these circumstances.
