Default AT&T employee threatens AT&T customer

An AT&T employee called and left me a threatening voice mail. I'm not sure if it was while he was on the clock or off work, but it was over some broken items that weren't in his possession, but in his ex-partner's possession. Either way, he used his phone that AT&T pays for because he's an employee there to call and threaten me on. Are there any rules against AT&T employees threatening their customers, even if it's on a more personal basis?
