Is small claims court in England basically the same as in the USA. Can i sue a company I ordered goods from in the UK in small claims?

I have sued in both and they are they same. You can sue a UK company if they defrauded you.

You could also use small claims or even try to break the order into smaller parts and sue multiple times if need be.

Even the threat of a suit may cause them to compromise with you.
