Do I Have Hope???
Hi,
I don't know if I have a case or not. Could you please help me a little? Well it happened one early evening, I was coming out of my mom's driveway, which turns right on to the highway. Anyways I had checked up and down the road to see if it was clear, there was only one car heading down the hill, so I waited until the car had gone down and then I Checked both ways again and the proceded to pull out of the driveway. I was turning left on to he highway, when a car came flying up the hill out of nowhere, and plowed right into the drivers side of the SUV. The person hit me so hard that I did a complete 180 with the nose of the car heading up the hill and landed back in my mom's driveway, but with the front of the SUV facing forward almost making it seen like I was trying to reverse out of the driveway...
