Angry ozi

Had a sales consultant from a Window Blinds Furnishing Co. come to my home to quote for new curtains. She damaged my oak floorboards with her six inch stilleto healed shoes she was wearing. Do I have a legal basis to claim for repair of the damage by the company. The co. initially agreed to pay for repair then reneged on this.

If she caused it you can sue her and the company in small claims--assuming the damage was really damage and not some expected result of anybody that may walk there.
