Ok. I had a negative balance of 107 in my bank account. The bank charged me 328 in fees over the weekend and then my direct deposit hit on monday which the bank took. Over the next week the bank assesed me another 600 in fees and took another paycheck. Is there anything I can do to get my money back? Is it possible to take legal action? The total charges were 902 for a negative balance of 128.
I have gone the bank manager route, and got only a hundred dollars in fees taken off the account. Please help me...they have completely bankrupted me. Aside from stopping my direct deposit, is there anything i can do legally to get my money back?? |

You can sue them in small claims if the fees were totally unreasonable.

small claims may be best--the dollar amount is too low for most lawyers to take it without charging you even more
