I just recieved word from the BBB that they had no luck in helping me with an issue I am having with a photograhy studio over my son's graduation pictures which are no where near worth the $400 I had to pay for the package. The photos were taken last August, I had to pay $200 at time of sitting and $200 when I picked up the proofs. I picked up the actual photos in Oct. they were awful; the outdoor photos had "sun spots" in various places, some made my son look like he had various bald spots. I returned the photos asking that the "sun spots" be fixed. It is now April; I do not have the photos back nor the $400 I paid. If I file a small claims how much can I add to the $400, for court costs and anything else (pain & suffering?)
Thank you |
