Dispute over purchase of vehicle
I purchased a used vehicle off of E-Bay, unfortunately I signed the Bill of Sale before inspecting said vehicle. Owner claimed on E-Bay site that said vehicle was in good running condition. When I went to pick up the vehicle it started but wouldn't run or move. Owner misrepresented the vehicle on E-Bay, can I get out of this contract?
