Obtained FIFA- Georgia
I've obtained a FIFA for someone in Georgia. I am wondering what kind property can be garnished. I know a vehicle can be seized if owned by him, and I know I can put a lien on his home. The thing is, the house is in his wife's name. Based on "maritial property', isn't this also his property since they're married and live in this house? What should I verify around this law?
What other peices of property can the Marshal's seize? Can they go into his home for personal property? What all can I do with a FIFA, and how? What information to I need to provide the Marshal's department with? Thanks in advance! |
