I recently won a default judgement and I am now working with a PI to locate this person in the United Kingdom and we are getting close. I was wondering if i can garnish their wage from Canada even though they live in the UK. If so what steps do I need to take to do so.

Yes you can but if the judgment is from Canada then a UK court will have to approve and authenticate the judgment first. Or sue them again in the UK.
I am sure world law could help you with that if you need help at some point. |
