Question Help?!

I live in indiana and 2 years ago I lent my brother my washer and dryer as I was moving back home with my parents. WE both agreed that when i needed it back he would give it back. I recently asked him to give me 400$ which is half of what I paid for it or return the washer and dryer. He is refusing to do either. I dont have the receipt for the washer and dryer but Im contacting the store to see if they can get me a copy. I'm also contacting my bank to see if they can get a copy of that transaction to me as well. What do I need to do to get my washer/dryer or money back? do I have a chance of getting it?
