Ex owes me money
My boyfriend and I lived together for 9 months, and during that time I made a poor decision and allowed him to get his own card on my american express account. He charged $3100 in purchases and says he will not repay me. He also owes me for his portion of rent and utilities for the final month that he llived with me, which is around $850. Do you think I would win a case if I took it to court? What advice do you have for me?

Absolutely---file in small claims court if you both agreed he was to pay you back.
