I purchased a car from a friend that I never got.

I live in Oklahoma, and bought a car from a guy that I work with every day. A man's word should be good enough, but I wrote up an agreement on it. Every time I made a payment, we both signed and dated it, untill the 800 dollars was paid in full. The car was a 1996 Camaro, and a verbal agreement was made that when I got close to paying it off, he would bring the car to me. I paid him in full about a month ago. Then Saturday, the 10th, he tells me that the car was stolen, along with his uncle's truck and trailer, who was going to deliver it to me. I never took possession of the car or title, so does he owe me my 800 dollars? I think he should pay me back, and he needs to collect from his uncle. Please help me! If he can't bring me my car, I need the money to buy another one. Thanks...
