suit for wrecked ATV
my boyfriend bought a 2007 atv from a pawn shop for $3000. over this past weekend his brother while ridding it intoxicated, wrecked it and totaled it. we have no insurance. Is their anything that can be done about this? His brother doesnt even care that its ruined. He didnt apologize or offer to help fix it or pay for it. I was wondering about suing him??
