I started working for an auto finance company in april, i was given no training and was not showed really what to do by the two people in the office. i signed up for hourly pay but it had a stipulation of 1 deal per week, so after 10 days of working i had rent due so i called the boss and asked when i would be able to be paid cos i have rent, and he completely switched it around and made it seem like i was calling him to complain and ask for money that i had earned and when i said the guy i was working with told me we were paid at the begining of the month and that i should ask him and when i said that (the boss) said dont you worry about what he said when simply i was just asking because i had rent due and my girlfriend kept asking me to say something. He gave me an advance of 300 dollars (apparantly thats what he does instead of an hourly wage) so now i was in debt to him, he repeatley called my girlfriend a ***** and insulted her infront of other employees, i was very close to getting a deal but the same guy giving me advances sabataged it. He repeatly told a woman that he loved her and that he wanted to marry her and i believe it was very unproffesional, now i will be taken to cought for owing $2650 for working for 4 months and i worked monday to friday between 6 and 9 hour a day, i really dont think i deserve to walk away in debt after working that hard for a guy that had no intention of helping me
there are so many things this guy done wrong and he just treated people badly, i really need some advice on how to win |

Well you should get paid but a loan you took out is a separate matter.
If you agreed to pay back you normally need to do that. But you can seek pay or argue he misled you and he owes pay if that is true. |
