EBAY
I WON A BID ON EBAY FOR A VAC. THE SELLER INFORMED ME AFTER I MADE TRAVEL PLANS THAT HE DOES NOT HAVE THE ROOM, HE SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE OFF OF EBAY. CAN I GET THE NON REFUNDABLE MONEY I SPENT ON AIR FAIR FROM HIM?

You could try to sue him in small claims...for all of the costs and damages you incurred due to breach of his agreement
