Phone Company

My phone bill comes 09/11/06, I try to fine out from my phone company what is causing my very large bill, they do not give me a reason but I tell them to stop any long distance calling from my home, they say they will do as I say. On the 12th of October my phone bill comes and it is close to 1000 dollars. I call the phone company and the lady that I get this time tell me very quickly where the problem lies. A mistake was made on my AOL service, my online activity was going threw long distance, She told my to call AOL. I called AOL and they tell me it is not there problem, I close out my AOL service. Bell South tells me to set up a payment plan when I called them. I try to tell them that I wanted any ability to use long distance canceled on the 11th of September. I see me being lible for the bill before September 11, but should I have to pay for their incompetence after 09/11/06.

If you have to file in small claims court arguing they contributed to the error. Normally they will compromise with you. If not, let us know.
