How can I collect my money
I'm not sure if this will be considered a small claim since the amount involved is $13300.
I have lended a freind of mine- at least this is what I thought he is - an amount of $13300. The amount was due to be paid off on 2/23/07. I electronically received a promissory note electronically signed by the person I gave the moeny to, and stating that he will remain bounded till he pays the money in one lump sum on 2/23/07. I have been calling and sending emails to ask to get my money back. no answers. Is there a chance that I can file to collect the above mentioned amount and use the promissory note as a proof of the loan? Last edited by InaIna : 02-27-2007 at 11:46 PM. |
