Hello,
What are the rules of International Law in regard of a collection of small claim from foreign citizen? I was in "long distance" relationship with American citizen (I am Australian),who borrowed from me over USD 3.000 in February 2009. Now he is hiding from me. Is there any chance that I can get the money back? He is not responding to my enails or letters. Thank you Leonard |

It is best to sue where is located if you file suit,
I am sure world law could help you track him down and collect, try also emailing the attorneys on their home page |
