I bid an item off ebay a car! chatted with an online agent and received confirmation email from ebay@ebay.com (their website). ebay says they can't find anything and can not refund my money (more than 10'000). ebay says it was spoof mail. although they did find the car listed on ebay! Now i want to sue for double the amount i lost. do you think i have a strong case and can win> I haveall emails and messages printed!

A computer expert can help trace and track the emails for you if need be. |
