can i sue mcdonald for waiting way too long for food delivery?

this has happend in a new jersey mcdonald restaurant.

we ordered the menu#2 (two cheeseburgers, small french fries and a diet coke) plus a fish burger and we had to wait over 30 minutes!! for our food. the restaurant was not busy at all during our order and the restaurant stuff was VERY rude to us after we complained about it.

is there anything we can do about it?

Call the whambulance... UGH, what a friggin waste of my time even reading your post more or less replying to it. I felt compelled to reply because of how sad it was.

If you want to seek "damages", see the owner or manager, do not post on a legal website with people looking for REAL truths.
