I found this site which is sort of like ebay. They help people sell their WoW Accounts. I found one that I liked and purchased it through paypal transfer.
A few months later the owner took back the account and changed the password... So I went looking for another account to buy, and found one I liked and purchased it through a paypal transfer again. Later I found out that the account is the same exact one I had been sold perviously. I emailed the owner with this problem and requested a refund via paypal. He has not yet replied... Can I take legal action against him??? |

I'd probably have to say you have very little legal recourse in regards to this issue, since the buying / selling of accounts / items in that game is strictly against the EULA. The only thing I've ever heard coming about when these things happen is that the account gets closed permanently, and the person who bought it is out of the cash. You could try filing a complaint with the "company" you bought the account through, and they might have some suggestions for you.
