Getting Sued by a Federal credit union
I am getting sued by a Federal credit union for an unpaid loan for the amount of $3500.00. I am suppose to go to court on April 1st for the pre trial. I never got the noticed on my hand by the clerk because i wasn't home so i didn't sign for it. Could I get my license suspended or can the court deduct money from my paycheck if I just choose not to appear?. Or is the IRS the only people that can make that kind of judgement? Please help, I live in Florida
