Small Claims--Cant get my money
NC--won judgment, want to get a court order to have sherriff seize and access his personal and business checking acct to satisfy my judgment. How do I do this? Small Claims court is stating I cant ask for a court order since the judgment is already in effect. My writ of execution will expire March 13.
