Hi
Can I sue someone via the small claims court in Texas, I live in the UK? My issue is with several arranged visits to Houston, that have been canceled at the last minute & have been unable to obtain any refund from the airline (as tickets were purchased as cheap as possible & last minute in some cases). The person requesting my visits confirmed each time by telephone then at the 11th hour changed their mind & gave some excuse. Having done this they then stated that they would reimburse me for the tickets, but I have yet to obtain this from them. Can I claim in the small claims court whilst I live in the UK? Many thanks |
