Angry My vehcile was stolen... Can i sue my landlord for negligence?

My motorcylce, which is my primary vehicle back and forth to work, was stolen over the weekend. The apartment complex has many signs stating that there are security cameras on the premises post all over the complex and that there is a security gaurd on duty. Come to find out are my bike was stolen, there are no security cameras and that the security gaurd doesnt patrol all night, but only until they determine everything is "safe". Can I sue my landlord for negligence? Thanks

Normally no but if you can argue you specifically relied on the cameras operating or otherwise would not have parked there, you might have a chance.

You could take that to small claims court for damages.

Forget it. Your Landlord is not accountable for someone stealing your ride. Unless you can show Landlord was involved

...check your lease for what services are stated as being provided. They may have breached the lease agreement.

There is no breach! Unless the Landlord is the thief he is not accountable for the theft!

Well the lease agreement states that the landlord will not be held responsible for and damages or theft, unless the damage or theft is negligence on the landlord, its agents, or employees. Would the situation with the cameras being advertised but not being installed be considered neglect?
