EEK! LANDLORD WONT HELP WITH EXPENSES FROM WATER LEAK THAT WAS OVER LOOKED WEEKS AGO!

I'M REALLY UNSURE WHAT I SHOULD DO. ALL I DO KNOW IS I SHOULDN'T BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS ENTIRE BILL. THE MAINTINEINCE MAN IS AN ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT. HE CLAIMS TO HAVE CHECKED FOR A LEAK AND FOUND NOTHING WHEN I REPORTED THIS OUTRAGEOUS BILL FROM THE WATER DEPARTMENT. SO I HAD TO SUCK IT UP AND PAY $215.00,

WELL, NOW THIS MYSTERIOUS LEAK HAS BECOME A REALLY BIG ONE!!! THE WATER HEATER EXPLOADED. WATER EVERYWHERE, I AM TERRIFIED TO SEE THIS NEXT BILL. MY LANDLORD IS NOT WANTING TO CO-OPERATE WITH ME WHAT-SO-EVER. HERE IT IS THE HOLIDAYS AND I HAVE THREE KIDS AND PROBABLY A $500-$600 WATER BILL. THANKS ALOT.

SHOULD HE HAVE TO HELP WITH THE PAYMENTS OF THE WATER BILL????
