Buyer want except full refund..what can i do

My question is as follow. On Aug 13, 2007 I sold pair of 1989 mustang seats on ebay. My selling price didnt no include any shipping so winning biider was to pick them up. The seats are just run of the mill mustang seats from 1989, not collectible and they were red the least desired color in mustang interior. The winning bidder paid $130 for the both seats via paypal. We comminucated several times on the cell phone bout the seats, mustangs and general conversation. Whe winning bidder lived in the ame state as me and was going to pick the seats up to save on shipping fees. No problem. Well the winning bidder contacted me a few times(like 3) via phone and due to conflicts in shceudles he didnt get to my place to get the seats. Well all during this time I the seller had the seats in my house holding them until he came to get them. Finally on june of 2008 (yes 10 months) later I call the guy and leave him voice mail to come get the seats they are now in my way. He tried once more to set up a meeting mid July of 2008 and I wasnt back in town in time to do it. So from that point he goes all te way till OCt 16, 2008 and starting calling my old cell number. Finally according to him he emails me and accused me of avoiding him. I told him I no long had that cell phone. He stated he was ready to get the seats. I was a little angry at that point because a few weeks prior I finally had to move the seats out of my house into the garage for storage since they were in my way constantly. At that point somehow paint turned over on the seats and ruined them. I at that point threw the seats away since they were no good. The buyer now accuses me of just stringing him along. I offered him a full refund of $130 (the total cost he paid for the seats) as well as a few exra dollarss to cover paypal fees. He refused and said he was gonna sue me in magistrates court for alot more being he cant get those seats for what he paid me. He is looking at a set of $500 seats on ebay . Anyone can ask a crazy price on ebay but that doesnt mean it will ever sell and those seats arent high in value. My point is I admit even though after 14 months and he(the buyer) had my address and email never came to pick them up. I admit it is my responsibilty to refund him the purchase price of teh seats. But he is trying to sue me for lsot wages and time from work to file a case, replacement cost on the seats. I have emails where he refused my full refund before he filed a case. This guy in over 430 days never physucally came to my place and get his seats but now swears they were worth $400 to $500. I told him this was silly to jsut take the full refund ofered and he declined. he told me he know how court works and he is gonna get alot more and he guaranted that i would pay big time. I have never been t court in my life. i have a perfect feedback score on ebay of over 250 items. ever one complaint. where do i stand on this. I offered him a full refund but he is jsut after money. he is even requesting a jury for this silly mess. So where do i stand and what is the probable outcome. I feel a jury will really have issue with him waiting over 14 months to get the itme if he things it was so valuable. he even stated he came by my place but they wouldnt fit in his patrol car. I was like why didnt you stop...u had my address. Please help shed some light on this. thanks
