Unhappy Trust by promiss that was broken....and now I am in dept.....Help!!!!!

Virginia

I took the word and promise of "I THOUGHT A FRIEND" and sighed a rental car contract for him to be able to have transportation while his car was being repaired. The was in April and he kept the car long enough to run up a the bill to $6,000 plus. The rental car was finally turned in after 4 months and now the bill has to be paid and he will not pay me. I am sure that I can get proof that he got the car and returned the car. He just never signed anything because of his credit. But he has put me in a financial bind and ruined my credit.

My question is, what can I say in court that will help me have his wages garnished?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!

The reason he was not able to get this car on his own was his credit.
What made you think that he would pay you?

He has proven to creditors to be a flake .
At some point in time people like you need to get burned really bad so then you can wake up.

There is nothing you can do this person can not pay for the car rental if he could he would have by now.

Another thought have you even considered that he never planed to pay for this all along. He had you do it because you were a sucker that would pay for it.

I would hate to have you has a friend...you sound like one bitter person!!!
After the loss of my two sons to suicide I have been vulnerable to most anything because it has been hard to survive and if helping a so I thought was being a friend makes it that I need to be punished for it by trying to help someone out then I deserve all this. But no thanks to you do I deserve someone as bitter as you to be in my life. I have learned my lesson and don't need you to remind me that I need to be burnt.
So thank you very much for your comments!!!
You have another bitter day!!!!!!!
