I WORKED AT MY PREVIOUS PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT FOR 2 YEARS. I GOT TERMINATED IN JULY AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY 2 WEEKS VACATION PAY NOR 1 WEEK SICK TIME. I UNDERSTAND THAT I MAY NOT RECEIVE MY SICK PAY BUT I DO HAVE ACCRUED VACATION PLAY THAT I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE. I HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS WITH DEPT. OF LABOR, ATTORNEYS GENERAL OFFICE AND STILL 10 WEEKS LATER NO CHECK, NO MONEY, NO SCREW YOU - NOTHING. I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE LEGAL SIDE. DO I STAND A CHANCE TO TAKE THEM TO COURT FOR MY MONEY I AM OWED. AND BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME MY VACATION PAY I HAVE GONE 10 WEEKS WITH NO INCOME DUE TO UNEMPLOYMENT NOT COMING BECAUSE OF THIS MONEY OWED BY PREVIOUS EMPLYER. I AM OVER WAITING.

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior... You may also report them again to your state attorney general's office.
