Default Check recieved from a Closed Bank Acount

Yes, I sold this person a xbox 360! And I went and cashed it that day. And a few days later the bank called me and told me that the bank account had been closed and that I have to pay back that money. And I need to know what I can do and I can't do.

File a police report for check fraud and file in small claims court as well.
