money owed
I wanted to know if i can take someone to small claims court for money owed that they borrowed. I didnt get a promisory note signed but i have a credit card statement showing i purchased $1,000.00 airline tickets for her, she promised to pay back in 2 weeks and havent paid yet, this has been since June. Can i take her to small claims court?
