paid off loan for friend
My friend is going through an estate battle, her lawyer obtained a bank loan for her to help her out. she got behind in the payments and the bank wanted it paid of immedietly, the lawyer gave her a month. Fearing that her representation would suffer if she didn't pay I loaned her 2000.00 dollars nothing signed but I do have the cancelled check. How can I ensure that when they settle the estate I get my money.
