Hi I want to file a claim in the Washington state Small Claims Court is this service available to non residents? and would I have to appear or could I send the necessary documentation from New Zealand?

Unless you are able to appear in person you could be wasting your time.I am unable to proceed unless I appear in person,I'm unable to do so.
Apart from that no problems,you need to lodge the claim in area court where the defendant lives, Best of luck |
