Default deployed sailor taken advantage of

while i was deployed OIF i gave my girlfriend access to my bank account so she could pay my half of the rent/utilities. she spent nearly $9,000 additional of my money over a 7 month period. i broke up w her shortly before i returned and when i returned asked her what she owed me. she quoted around 7000. i looked through my bank statements and found the number much higher. we made a verbal agreement that she was to live w her parents to pay off her credit cards so she could get a loan and pay me off all at once. of course 4 months later she moved out and into a new apartment. since then i have been chasing after her to start paying me back and have tracked her online spending money and buying a new car. now all of the sudden she wants to only pay 1200 of what she owes and is lying about our agreeement. she basically says that while i was deployed i told her i would pay her living expenses for our apartment in addition to my half rent/utilities rather than break the lease. i was not on the lease and told her whatever was fine w me. a month later after she had already started charging my account for storage fees she decided to keep the apartment bc it would cost more to break the lease than what was owed on the apartment. i said fine and that i would help her and she can pay me back later. will a civil lawsuit hold up in this situation? how do i go about filing such a lawsuit. she did not have POA just added to my bank account which even i wasn't the primary cardholder, it was my mother's account. this happend in orlando, florida
thank you

lol. man she almost got you. sorry i KNOW this isn't funny but it sure taught you a lesson huh? for starters..
1-she had NO poa..she had NO power. go online print off your statements, go to court file a petition and take her ass to civil court.

2. NEVER do this again. Don't give a 'girlfriend' your bank account info. girls sometimes go shopping w/o thinking then try to cover their **** up. hello?

3. it shouldn't be that hard to prove/disprove anything in civil court. take your P.O.A. to court. Take your statements. & print off any emails that you sent/she sent to you to about this. also-get a recorder and tape your convos w/ her speaking of this situation. no prob. go to court. get it done.
