bankrupt contractor
OK,
Here is my question, I have a contractor that owes me $4,000 on one job and $5,000 on another job but he is filling for bankruptcy. can I still take him to Small Claims court, he does have a partner listed on his license can I take them to court? Pissed off sub-contractor |
