co-signer of a minor
Country: United States of America
State: New York This is regarding co-signing I was 15 and a co worker offered to pay for a cell phone for me, he didnt really explain the cost or any of that he basically gave me a phone there was no written or oral agreement and no he says i owe him a rediculous amount of money and this was a year ago hes threatening to take me to court and make it so i cant get a student loan for college im trying to pay him back but i dont make that much im also not sure where these numbers cam from |
