Car dealership Lies
Could anyone tell me if there is legal basis for me to take a dealership to small claims court for them not fulfilling the contracted upgrades on a new car to my satisfaction? The dealer advertised a new car with power windows and door locks, but didn't have one for purchase so they offered to put PW and door locks in a similar vehicle, stating many times it would be factory parts, have factory warranty, and look "just like the factory"...cost $1550. suffice to say after two months and many phone calls I do have PW and door locks that are After market, look like after market, seem to have no warranty, and unfortunately don't work all that well (they are definitely willing to fix it).
Thanks for any help. |

Yes--Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered --
