Afternoon,
My first question is...can a public university be taken to small claims court? Also, it seems like, reading some of the posts on the forum, that this should be no issue. I want to file a claim against a organization in Canada from the US. The international part shouldn't be an issue should it (I was going to file in Canada but hey if I can file closer to home I'm all about that too!). For those of you interested. My university keeps delaying my graduation and then charges me fees for extra semesters. |

In some jurisdictions you cannot use small claims if it is public organization.
But check with your small claims court clerk. They will let you know. |
