Angry cheaptickets.com wont give me a full refund!!!!!!!!

hi!im from vancouver, BC. we bought 3 flight tix from this company ( that's based in the US) abt 2.5 months ago through an agent but decided to cancel since the departure kept on changing almost every 4-5 days. we originally paid for 821.54 per person but we were only refunded 771 canadian dollars.we've spoken to 6 or 7 different CSR's & 2 supervisors but they havent been very helpful. i was even told by one of the supervisors that she'll call me back w/in 24 hours to resolve it but obviously she hasnt.me & my friends have probably spent at least 5 hours ( 2 hours being on hold) trying to calmly deal with them. we were thinking of filing a lawsuit just cuz we're fed up with their disservice but we're not sure how to go about it.any help would be great!!!!
P.S. none of their policies mentioned anything about not getting your full money back.thanks!!!!!

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior

Locate their headquorters and find which state they are listed in. Contact Consumer affairs of that state and file a claim online or by fax. Its faster and no time wasted. this will do the trick and no legal action is neccesary. Good luck
