EEK! CAR AT GARAGE TO FIX GETS "BEAT UP"

I had my 1995 Nissan Pathfinder at a garage. After lots of money spent on new parts it was decided that it was an electrical problem and the mechanic had offfered me several options.
Have it towed to guy he knew or find another electrical garage to work on it.

May I also state that this mechanic performed hours upon hours of labor into this vehicle and did not charge me anything since he could not fix it. I actually purchased all the parts and took them to the garage. This just lets you know how honest this mechanic is.

I received a phone call last Friday. Telling me that this mechanic/Dave no longer owned this gargage. It was purchased by another guy Doug. He has taken over appx a month ago.

I go down to see about moving the pathfinder, here the two front head lights are busted out, right passenger side tire is pushed in, bending the frame the sides are dented in and the rear has smash marks on it also.
Can you imagine my jaw dropping???
After that the new owner was asked about this he said he didn't know what happened to it.Call the police.

The old owner I called and he said there was not a scratch on it which I beleive.
It looked like the new owner just pushed these vechicles to a new spot which is what caused all this damage.

This new owner is rich and owns alot of houses and such so why is he gonna be such an idiot. Just pay me for my vechicle damages.

Can anyone help
