Red Face My Right as a co-signer

My ex-bf helped me last year to buy a car. He was the primary signer. I have been paying for the monthly payments (never been late), insurance and recently the registration. He wants me to remove his name but the problem is, I have a bad credit. He threatened me that he will take me to court in 5 days if I don't do it.

I was just wondering what kind of a case will he have against me and what can I do?

Default Re: My Right as a co-signer

Once he co-signs that is a continuing obligation. He cannot force you to remove it.
