Confused How bad is this going to hurt my case...

Im suing my exgirlfriend for unpaid rent, I have all of the right information for my case. However I am worried about one thing, when we first broke up I sent her an email stating the reason I would take her to court is to make her pay me the money back and make her life difficult. How much, if any is this going to effect my case. I believe she has this email saved.
