Confused Roommate didnt pay rent

I was in a relationship and lived with my girlfriend for 14 months. We were both on the lease. She failed to pay 5 months of the 14 months of rent and also bounced a check to me for $1202. We had a verbal agreement to split ou rent in half. If I take this to small claims court, is this going to be an easy case to win? What kind of evidance will I need? She always paid me cash when she did pay.

It should be easy yes; take all evidence and past payments and show what was happening. You will both be under oath so the truth should come out.
