Appeal of small claim ruling
In your opinion what percentage of small claims cases involving tenant / landlord are reversed on appeal, the tenant being the plaintiff? Has anyone been through this? Does the defendant have to file a substitute of attorney if he chooses to have one and do they notify the Plaintiff? This is in California.

In many jurisdictions it is less than ten percent.
