Hi, I have to take a hotel to small claims for a charge on my card. The problem is I cant figure out who to sue and where to file
The hotel where the charge happened was Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Jacksonville, Fl 32257 They list their corporate Information on their website and referred our complaint to InterContinental Hotels Group Atlanta Georgia 30346-2149 But the letter they sent us said This hotel is Independently owned and operated by Suvichar Corporation St. Augustine Florida I have been to two magistrates and asked them but they said they legally cant tell me that. |

You could name and sue all entities and they can argue why it does not apply to them in court...
