how do i get my cars back

i entered a contract/partnership i spent 30 odd thousand dollars on used cars my partner put them on his car lot to sell with his other cars we both make 50/50 on all profits. he has sold 2 and uses others for personal use. he is in default no profits have gone to myself and he refuses to turn over titles.i need help ? anyone!

Given the value of this dispute it is likely that this would not be a matter dealt with by the Small Claims Courts. It would appear that your partner is acting outside the terms of your agreement and it would now be sensible to consult an attorney specializing in Civil Litigation (especially considering that there is $30,000 at stake) with a view to potentially bringing a case against your partner.
The terms of your agreement, hopefully in writing, will be all important. An attorney will be able to establish your partner's liability and advise you on your possible remedies.
