I live in Texas, I am trying to take a business, corporation back into jp court to answer a discovery. I found the form I can fill and many questions that I can ask individuals, but what questions would be good to ask a corporation or would they have to answer the same type of questions.
Can any help me with some advice?? Zina |

The same basic questions apply but as to the entity itself--and its officers in some cases.
