Does anyone know if you can send a debtors statement of assets to the debtor after the judgment has been order in small claim court or file a motion to have a debtors examination in the state of Texas?
I have read where this is possible in the the state of CA but can'tfind if this is used in Texas.
Can anyone help shed some light on this for me??

I have been to the court house and asked the clerk about any forms and she said they do not have anything, besides the writ of execuction she did not know what I could do but hire an attorney. I don't have monry for an attorney, but I have found the forms by researching the issue myself. Unfortunately, most of th forms and responces I have found seem to be questions that are more for indivduals not corporations, or would the corporation members have to answer these questions for themselves?
