Unhappy post judgment confusion

First I live in Harris Co, Texas.
I took my old apartment owners to court, filing the suit against the company that owns the property(found on comproller) DBA the apartment complex name. They have a lawyer, I do not. The owners for the property, husband and wife, have money but do to want to pay. How can you go after a company, since I did not list the peoples name specifically or is there a way I can go after the people that signed for the title and mortgage on the property. I have already filed an abstract of judgment against the property with the county clerk. Can I bring the owners of the property back in to court AFTER the fact or judgment, to disclose information, like the debtors examination that I have read? What questions would you ask about a company or would I be asking these questions about the people who own the company? I am so confused PLEASE can someone offer me advice. I would also like to know what property can be siezed on a company, apartment building? Can I go after the rent payments? If yes, HOW? Which might bring up another problem as when you sent rent in the office, if you paid in check, which unfortunately I did not, you were asked to make the check payable to another name, not the company name or apartment name, but another one of their companies names. Can this name now be brought in to it after the fact, or NO it's to late?
